Our Pastors

Trinity - We believe in the Trinity, which is that God is three distinct individuals - God the Father, the Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit - in one true God. The word trinity comes from "tri" meaning three and "unity" meaning one. (Genesis 1:26, Colossians 2:9, Matthew 28:19)

 

Scriptures - We believe that the Holy Word, the Bible, is God-inspired yet He used man to record the infallible and absolute truth guiding how a Christian should think and live. (2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21, Hebrews 4:12)

 

Creation - We believe that God created the Heavens, earth, animals and Man (along with Woman) who was divinely and uniquely made in His image & likeness. (Genesis 1, Genesis 2)

 

The Fall of Man - We believe that Man was in a perfect relationship with God present in the Garden of Eden. Unfortunately, the serpent (the Devil) entered and caused Man to disobey God resulting in a separation from God and fractured fellowship. (Genesis 3, Romans 5:12-21, 1 Corinthians 2:13-14)

 

Salvation - We believe that Jesus Christ (Son of God) was born from a virgin who was Divinely sent to pay the price of Sin for all mankind by dying on the cross resulting with the ability to restore the broken relationship that only comes through the acceptance of Jesus Christ. (John 1:1-5, John 3:16, John 14:6, Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 10:9-10)

 

Heaven / Hell -  We believe although Man has free will, the salvation offered through Jesus Christ provides the ability for Man to enter eternal life in Heaven. Conversely, by not accepting Jesus as Lord or living a lifestyle of sin post acceptance of Christ, will result in eternal damnation in Hell. (Matthew 13:50, Matthew 25:41-46, Jude 1:7, Revelations 21:4, John 14:2, 2 Peter 3:13)

 

Water Baptism - We believe that as Jesus was baptized, so should every believer that is a public display of one’s faith for the remission of sins. (Luke 3:21-22, Matthew 28:19, Acts 2:38, Romans 6:4)

 

Gift of the Holy Spirit - We believe that just as salvation is a gift, so is the Holy Spirit that must be received by faith which is the evidence of speaking in tongues. (John 14:26, Acts 1:8, Acts 2:17-18, Acts 10:38)

Divine Healing - We believe in Divine healing for all sicknesses and diseases to our mortal bodies as a result of our faith in Jesus Christ. As also the scriptures state that Jesus works with us (man) to perform miracles, signs and wonders. (1 Peter 2:24, Isaiah 53:5, James 5:15, Luke 4:18)

 

Tithing - We believe that the tithe is not only sacred, but still relevant today by honoring God what rightfully belongs to Him, which is our first fruits of increase amounting to ten percent. (Malachi 3:10, Proverbs 3:9, Hebrews 7:5)

Prayer - We believe that prayer is not a monologue, but rather a dialogue between man and Jesus as He still lives thus we should commit to a lifestyle of prayer that aids our relationship and walk with Jesus Christ. (Mark 11:24, James 5:16, Luke 11:9, Ephesians 6:18, 1 Timothy 2:5)

Church Attendance - We believe in the continual gathering together in local church for fellowship and ministering of His Word, as was the custom of Jesus Christ, where we can continue to grow and develop into mature believers. (Hebrews 10:24-25, Matthew 18:20, Romans 10:17, Luke 4:16)

 

Holiness - We believe the act of Jesus Christ dying on the cross is Justification, and work required for every believer to become Holy is Sanctification, which is the daily process of becoming more like Christ in everything that we do that ultimately represents a lifestyle change and conversion. (1 Peter 1:15-16, Romans 12:1, 1 Thessalonians 4:7, Romans 6:22, James 1:22)

 

Marriage - We believe that God himself established the image of marriage in the garden, which is solely between a man and a woman that would be joined together to live a life that would first continue to honor God & then themselves by maintaining biblical confines of marriage. (Genesis 2:24, Hebrews 13:4, Ephesians 5:22-23, Ecclesiastes 4:12)

 

Resurrection / Rapture - We believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins, was risen three days later now seated at the right hand of the Father making intercession for us leaving behind the promise that He will return again for the rapture of the church at an unknown time. (Luke 24:6-7, Romans 6:8-11, Mark 13:32, Matthew 24:30-31, 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)
